New Features

  • You can configure the connector to generate metadata-only documents and ignore binary files. The ACI connector has a new configuration parameter named SynchronizeMetadataOnly. The collect and view actions support the new action parameter MetadataOnly. In NiFi, the connector Get*, Fetch*, and View* processors support a new property named Retrieve Metadata Only.
  • The connector populates the AUTN_MIGRATION_URI metadata field for the documents that it creates, to help you migrate data from Google Drive into other repositories. The connector supports inserting data into Google Drive by using migration URIs. For more information about using migration URIs, refer to the NiFi Ingest Help.

  • In the Browse tab of the advanced configuration interface in NiFi Ingest, you can view the document metadata schema for items that exist in the repository. You can also view example document metadata that you could use when inserting an item into the repository.
